The Russian government has decided to enter into a memorandum with Israel on the organization of a direct encrypted communication line between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the corresponding document is available on the official website of legal information Tuesday.

Under the Russian law, in our country, there exists a special-purpose communication network, which is intended for public administration, defense, security and law enforcement. The work with the SCS authorities of other states is based on intergovernmental agreements.

Inspectors from Hungary, Italy and Slovenia to carry out an observation flight over Russia

A joint mission of inspectors from Hungary, Italy and Slovenia from on May 26-30 will perform an observation flight over the territory of the Russian Federation under the international Treaty on Open Skies, head of the National Center for Nuclear Risk Reduction Sergey Ryzhkov told Itar -Tass.

Commenting on Hagel’s words about the alleged ongoing “massive buildup” of the Russian armed forces on the border with Ukraine and “destabilizing exercises,” the Russian minister denied groundless claims about the presence on the Ukrainian territory of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups allegedly destabilizing the situation in the south- eastern regions.

Information technologies are no exception, on their basis there has been created a new type of weapons – cyber weapons. In order to use it effectively many developed countries have already set up and are operating bodies of military cybercontrol.

It is planned to publish an information-analytical collection of articles on existing cyber threats and proposals to deal with them.

Putin urged Obama not to let bloodshed in Ukraine
