The State is not considering the introduction of the visa regime with Central Asian CIS countries, but the deputies can discuss the issue of border crossing using external passports instead of internal ones, said deputy chairman of the Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and Nation-Building Dmitry Vyatkin.

On Tuesday, some media reported that the communist deputies proposed to introduce a visa regime with Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to toughen control of the illegal migrants flow from Central Asia. Vyatkin also noted that this should not affect the countries of the Customs Union – Belarus and Kazakhstan.
